Friends of Fellsmere Heights is a 501(c)(3) grassroots organization that advocates for community-based redevelopment of the former Malden Hospital site, which is adjacent to Fellsmere Park, one of the crown jewels of Malden, MA. Their goal is to minimize high-density development at the site and to enhance the quality of life of Malden and Medford residents through preservation of open space.
